The Martha's Vineyard Loft has a New England Chartacter all over it. We increased the roof pitch to look like a Traditional Cape Style house which has a 10/12 pitch ( 40 Degree angle). Then we added a 4' Loft to keep all of those chemicals and gasoline that are stored in a shed out of reach of children and pets. The Loft is a great place to store other items as well and can double as a place to hang that Mountain Bike that gets so much use. The Martha's Vineyard Loft also has a list of Standard Features and a very impressive list of upgrades to further customize your building to match your needs and lifestyle. All shed prices include installation and taxes. Delivery charges may apply.
