ROOF PITCH: 12/12 (45 Degree angle) is used on the short Front Roof and a 5/12 ( 22 Degree angle ) is used on the long Rear Roof. This is the typical Saltbox deisgn that goes back to the early days of New England.

FRONT DOOR: 3 ft. Board and Batten. Customize your shed with a custom Transom or Bead-Board style door that only Salt Spray Sheds manufactures

WINDOW: (1) Stationary 21" x 27" with Shutters True Divided lite. Choose an Upgrade to an Opening Window or a Double-Hung Window to meet your specific needs.

WINDOW BOX: (1) 26” x 7" Rough-Sawn Pine 

SIDING: Board and Batten. Cedar Shingles or Cedar Clapboard are available as an Upgrade

ROOFING: 25 Year 3-Tab Asphalt Shingles. Upgrade to Architectural Asphalt or Red Cedar Roof Shingles to give a true Historical or Nautical charm. 

VENTILATION: (2) 8" x 12" Aluminum Louvers. Upgrades to Wooden Louvers or Ridge-Vent are available

HARDWARE: 6" Heavy Duty "T" Hinge, with Heavy Duty Safety Hasp. Acorn Forged Iron Hardware are avilable as an Upgrade

TRIM: Full Dimension Rough-sawn Pine. Upgrade to 5/4" Smooth Pre-primmed Pine Trim or Red Cedar natural trim. Azek or composite trim is also available as an Upgrade

NOTE: Sheds greater than 120 square feet will require concrete sona tubes or a Foundation in most cases due to the new building codes( Massachusetts only) Please check with your local Building Department for any inspections or set back requirements

14' and 16' Gables will have upgraded 6x6 posts and top plates to comply with the new building code
