Demolition
If you are replacing a building, we would be happy to coordinate the removal of your existing shed with our demolition team. Generally, we will take down the old structure and come back the following day to build the new building. There are times when a new building will be erected in a different location, leaving a void in your landscape where the old structure stood. When this occurs, we would be happy to suggest a local landscaper to grade and reseed the yard. The price for demolition does not include any landscape work.

*The shed must be cleared, including removal of any plants, prior to demolition. Salt Spray Sheds will not be responsible for the removal of plants, the emptying of contents, or the removal of exterior items prior to the demolition of the shed.
If the existing building is not prepared for demolition, we will be happy to reschedule you on our building calendar.
