Custom Garages, Barns, Cottages, and Outdoor Buildings
Built Year Round, On Site

Designed for Your Property and Purpose
When a standard shed isn't enough, Salt Spray Sheds can design and build a larger structure around your property, storage needs, and space plans.

We build custom garages, barns, cottages, workshops, pool houses, recreational buildings, and other accessory structures. We build each building on your property and can customize it to your preferred size, roof pitch, siding, doors, windows, trim, roofing, and interior features.

Based in Cape Cod and building throughout New England, our family-owned company brings decades of practical construction experience to every project.
Whether you need vehicle storage, a workshop, space for recreational equipment, an outdoor entertaining area, or a building that complements your home, we will help you develop a practical design.

Our larger buildings use post and beam framing and are designed to meet applicable building requirements. We can also help coordinate plans, material selections, estimates, and the construction process.

The owner of Salt Spray Sheds works closely with every client to ensure that, at the end of the day, your garage, barn, cottage, or shed is exactly how you envisioned it to be.

Just like our sheds, all of our barns are post-and-beam constructed and engineered to meet current building codes.  As a family-owned and operated small business, we want to support other companies that stand behind their products and value their customers. We use locally sourced products and companies that have solid reputations in the building trade.
