​Payment

You have great flexibility in paying for your shed. We accept all major credit cards​... and of course our payment options always include personal, cashier's, or bank checks or money orders.
Deposit
  • A deposit is required to reserve a place on our building schedule. Deposit amounts and payment schedules vary by project size and scope. Your written estimate and contract will explain the payments required for your building. A 3% discount may apply to the base price of your shed when payment is made by cash
Final Payment
  • Full Payment is expected at the time of shed completion. We do not offer a layaway option or payment grace period. Credit card payments must be processed the same day as building is completed or you can provide a check for the final payment. 
Payment Options
  • We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for purchases.
  • ​For buildings over 200 square feet and larger custom construction projects, payment by check or bank transfer is preferred. These payment methods help us reduce processing expenses and keep project pricing competitive.
    • Any available payment discount will be clearly shown in your written estimate, along with your project’s payment schedule. Please discuss your preferred payment method with us before signing your contract.
  • Eligible customers may have the option to pay over time with Affirm when paying a Salt Spray Sheds invoice through QuickBooks.
  • When you receive your invoice, open the payment link to see which payment options are available. If Affirm is offered, you can review the available plans and terms before deciding whether to apply.
    • Approval is not guaranteed. Available plans, interest rates and any required down payment depend on eligibility and the purchase amount. Affirm financing is separate from Salt Spray Sheds’ payment schedule.
