There may be times when work must be done to the yard or building site prior to building. Certain contracted services are available from us and we can refer you to a list of preferred specialists including:

There may be times when work must be done to the yard or building site prior to building. Certain contracted services are available from us and we can refer you to a list of preferred specialists including:
- Ground preparation work (leveling, tree-root extraction, boulders removal, etc.)
- Land Survey to Determine Lot Lines
- Concrete slab and concrete flat-work (Required for sizes above 20' long)
- Concrete piers - On and off Cape (*off cape will include delivery charges)
- Electrical wiring, light fixture, outlets installation
- Plumbing installation, faucets
- Painting, staining and decorative work
- Gutters, downspouts, drainage work
- Landscaping
