Foundation

Standard - 4 inch x 8 inch x 16 inch Concrete Blocks
Solid concrete blocks, placed at each corner of the building (Under the Corner Posts) or in MID-SPAN (1 for each 12'' of length) for all sides longer than 12''.
These come standard with all buildings.
 
Upgrade - Concrete Slab (OPTIONAL)
An optional foundation option is a concrete slab. Salt Spray Sheds can coordinate with our foundation provider for buildings on Cape Cod. All slabs require a 48-96 hour curing period 

For customers off cape, we must speak with your concrete professional prior to installation to ensure they understand the appropriate size, shape, and bolt pattern. Otherwise your slab may be unusable for building.

Upgrade - 8 inch Sona-Tubes (OPTIONAL)
Another optional upgrade is Sona-Tubes.  Tubes offer additional support versus concrete blocks. 
This service is available on Cape Cod. All tubes require a 48 hour curing period. For those customers over the bridge or on the islands, a travel charge will apply.
