Demolition
If you are replacing a building, we would be happy to coordinate removal of your existing shed with our demolition team. Generally, we will take down the old structure and come back the following day to build the new building. There are times when the new building is going to be erected in a new location, leaving a void in your landscape where the old structure was placed. When this occurs, we would be happy to suggest a local landscaper who can grade and re-seed the yard. The price for demolition does not include any landscape work. Demolitions pricing starts at $500.

*The shed must be cleared, including removal of any plants, prior to demolition. Salt Spray Sheds will not be responsible for removal of plants, emptying of contents, or removal of exterior items prior to demolition of shed. If the existing building is not prepared for demolition, we will be happy to reschedule you on our building calendar.
