​Salt Spray Sheds is a family-owned Cape Cod company built on traditional craftsmanship, personal responsibility, and honest customer service. The owners are directly involved in planning and constructing every building. You are not purchasing a structure from a distant manufacturer and hoping an outside crew installs it correctly. The people responsible for the company are also responsible for the quality of your finished building.

The materials inside a shed matter just as much as its appearance.

Salt Spray Sheds uses full-dimension, locally milled pine framing and real plywood flooring. We do not use thin-wall panels or deliver a prefabricated kit for an outside crew to assemble.

Each structure is built from the floor frame up on your property. Depending on the design, you can choose from board-and-batten pine, cedar shingles, cedar clapboard, fiber cement, and other exterior finishes.

The result is a building designed for your property, your needs, and New England conditions.

A WRITTEN STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

Salt Spray Sheds provides a 10 year limited structural warranty with proper maintenance. Because our buildings are constructed onsite by our owners, we remain personally responsible for the quality of the structure we build.

Roofing, windows, doors, hardware, and other specialty materials may also include separate manufacturer or product warranties. Coverage depends on the selected materials and proper care. Custom wood doors and other unfinished wood features must be properly primed, painted, stained, or sealed according to the provided care requirements to maintain applicable warranty coverage.
