When ordering a new accessory building with Salt Spray Sheds our pricing includes the design, delivery and building on site of your new building. We do not automatically secure permitting for your shed, but we can guide you through the process. Most towns require that all sheds have a shed or zoning registration on file with the town prior to building.
In addition to a shed permit, your home may be located in a historic or conservation area. We recommend verifying with the building department if any additional applications are require.
Once we have discussed then finalized your design, and received your building deposit, if necessary, we will have our drafting team create a simple building plan that is appropriate for most applications for buildings under 200 square feet. However, most building departments do not require a design plan.
It is the homeowners responsibility for all paperwork but we are always available for consultation if you need assistance filling out paperwork.
