Thank you for purchasing a new accessory building from Salt Spray Sheds. We are committed to providing a structure that delivers many years of dependable use. Please complete and submit the warranty registration form to activate your coverage.
Warranty Coverage
Salt Spray Sheds warrants to the original purchaser that, with proper maintenance, the labor, materials, and structural soundness of your shed will be free from defects for a period of ten (10) years from the date of completion.
Roof shingles are covered under a separate 30-year manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover:
This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Warranty Service
If you believe you have a warranty claim, contact Salt Spray Sheds at 508-398-1900. We will look over the claim and, if covered, repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you. Repairs for issues not covered under warranty will be subject to standard service fees.

This warranty is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to ramps, door thresholds, hinges, and other moving or high-use components. These parts are comparable to tires on a car and will wear out over time with regular use.
- Fading, warping, or swelling of wood on custom doors due to lack of proper sealing, staining, or painting.
- Damage resulting from neglect, lack of maintenance, improper installation by others, alterations, or modifications.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, wind, floods, fire, accidents, misuse, or vandalism.
- Damage or destruction of any component due to burglary or attempted burglary.
- All custom doors and other custom features must be painted or treated on all sides within two (2) weeks of installation. Failure to do so will void warranty coverage for those components.
- “Natural” custom doors require a clear varnish or sealant for protection.
- Adjustments to custom doors or other components by anyone other than Salt Spray Sheds will void warranty coverage for those components.
- Any door adjustments requested after the warranty period will incur a service appointment fee of $85.
