Thank you for purchasing a new accessory building with Salt Spray Sheds. We know that your new building will provide many years of happiness and high quality storage, and we offer a 10-year warranty. Please fill-out and submit the registration form to activate the warranty. 

WARRANTY: 

• All sheds should be stained or painted upon completion. This will protect the building from the weather. 
• Salt Spray Sheds warranties labor, materials and structural soundness for a period of 10 years from the completion date of your structure with proper maintenance.
• Roof shingles are guaranteed for a period of 30 years through the manufacturer.
• This warranty does not cover neglect, alterations, natural disasters, wind damage, accidents or misuse. Additionally, our warranty does not cover damage or destruction of the components due to a burglary. Additionally, removing components or attempts to alter them, that results in damage, is not covered.
• Custom doors and other custom features must be painted or treated on all sides for warranty to be valid. "Natural" doors still require a varnish for protection. Custom doors which are "left to weather" are void from warranty.
• Custom doors which have not been primed and painted within two weeks are void from warranty. Any doors which need to be adjusted and our out of warranty will result in an appointment fee of $85.  ​
• Custom doors which have been adjusted by companies or persons other than Salt Spray Sheds, are void from warranty. 
• "Natural" doors still require a varnish for protection. Custom doors which are "left to weather" are void from warranty.
• Custom doors which have not been primed and painted within two weeks are void from warranty. Any doors which need to be adjusted and our out of warranty will result in an appointment fee of $85. 
• ​This warranty extends to the original purchaser. There are no other warranties expressed or implied, either oral or in writing.
