All our buildings, including the Nantucket Boathouse, are built on-site to ensure quality and customization. We avoid using paneled or pre-fabricated components, focusing instead on handcrafted quality.  Our upfront pricing policy covers on-site building costs and taxes. Additional delivery charges may apply to customers residing beyond the bridge.

    *Due to a current shortage of pre-primed pine, we are compelled to source more expensive alternatives, leading to the implementation of price increase.
  • SIDING: Red Cedar sidewall shingles or clapboard which comes pre-primed, pre-dipped cedar shingles, and Hardie Board. Vinyl siding can be coordinated with local installers.
  • ROOFING: Red or Alaskan Yellow Cedar
